Olabe will provide accommodation for 40 people. Communal spaces and bedrooms will need heating and underfloor heating is the most efficient way of achieving this. We will source the materials ourselves and install it ourselves under the guidance of a local professional plumber. We also have a plumber friend from Switzerland who is willing to travel here and help us once we are ready to install the underfloor heating.
